Full Refund	Cancellations made on or before Sunday 24 January 2027 are eligible for a full refund
Partial Refund	Cancellations between Monday 25 January and Sunday 14 February 2027 will receive a 50 per cent (50%) refund.
No Refund	Cancellations made on or after Monday 15 February 2027 are non-refundable.
Registration transfer	Conference registration may be transferred to another person; however an administrative fee of $50 will apply for each transfer. No registration transfer requests will be accepted after Friday 26 February 2027.
Event Cancelled	In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed, all delegates will receive a full refund.


Our registration form uses a feature called Registration Recovery to help delegates complete their event registration. Once you begin entering your contact details, they may be securely saved, even if you do not complete your registration. If your registration is left incomplete, our event team may contact you to assist you in finishing your registration or to answer any questions you may have.

By registering for the conference, delegates acknowledge that they will automatically be added to the Rural Health West Matters e-mailing list to receive relevant updates, news and communications from Rural Health West.
