Cancellation Policy
Full Refund | Cancellations made on or before Sunday 24 January 2027 are eligible for a full refund. |

Partial Refund | Cancellations between Monday 25 January and Sunday 14 February 2027 will receive a 50 per cent (50%) refund. |
No Refund | Cancellations made on or after Monday 15 February 2027 are non-refundable. |
Registration Transfer | Conference registration may be transferred to another person; however an administrative fee of $50.00 will apply for each transfer. No registration transfer requests will be accepted after Friday 26 February 2027. |
Event Cancelled | In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed, all delegates will receive a full refund. |
