The WA Rural Health Conference 2027 will take place at the Pan Pacific Perth on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March 2027.

The conference is a valuable opportunity to connect with passionate health professionals from across a wide range of disciplines, all united by a shared commitment to delivering essential healthcare services across rural WA. By bringing these dedicated experts together, the conference will create space for meaningful connection, fresh ideas and practical innovation — helping to strengthen healthcare and support the wellbeing of rural communities across Western Australia.

Great rural health starts with the people and communities on the ground. The 2027 theme, From the Ground Up: Rural Health Rising celebrates the local leadership, ingenuity and resilience that are shaping the future of rural and remote health across WA.

The theme invites us to explore how communities, health professionals, educators, organisations and partners are growing new ideas and turning local challenges into opportunities for innovation and positive change. From workforce development and education to community partnerships, culturally responsive care, technology and new models of practice, we will share the ideas, stories and innovations helping rural health rise.
